Itinerary Overview
- Day 1: Arrive + private chef dinner

Day 1: Arrive + Private Chef Dinner
Arrival
All the girls were arriving from different places at different times, so it was a casual afternoon of arrivals and setting up fun decorations. And of course, welcoming the bride-to-be with so much joy and excitement!
Private Chef Dinner
That first night, we kept things easy and had a private chef come to the house to cook dinner for us. It was such a fun way to start the weekend without worrying about reservations, transportation, or trying to get a big group dressed and out the door. We were able to catch up, eat an amazing spread of food, and kick off the weekend fun!
Gifts for Bride
After dinner, we gave the bride gifts and spent the rest of the night hanging out at the house. Nothing too crazy, just the perfect first night to catch up and get excited for the weekend ahead!

Day 2: Walk + Brunch + The Bride’s Phases
Morning Walk
For the early risers, we started the morning with a neighborhood walk. It was a great way to get some fresh air and get everyone moving before the food and cocktails began.
Brunch 101
We then headed to Brunch 101 for a boozy brunch, which was exactly what we needed after our morning walk. Breakfast sandwiches, eggs, French toast, and plenty of mimosa flights!
Thrifting Activity
After brunch, to escape the Palm Springs heat, we set out to go thrifting, which is one of the bride’s favorite activities. But this was not just any casual thrifting. This was to thrift for one of my favorite bachelorette activities: the bride’s phases.
Instructions for Bride’s Phases Activity:
- Each bridesmaid chooses a different phase of the bride’s life (high school, concerts, sports, etc.)
- At the thrift store, each bridesmaid secretly finds an outfit representing her assigned phase (the bride is thrifting normally, unaware of the specifics of the secret mission)
- Have a fashion show later that weekend and let the bride guess which phase each outfit represents
Dinner at Clandestino
That night, we got dressed up and headed to Clandestino for dinner. Afterward, we went out for drinks and kept the night going at the Casino and bars.
Daytime Theme: Bridesmaids in floral sundresses and Bride in a white sundress
Evening Theme: Bridesmaids in black dresses and Bride in a white dress (sparkles encouraged)
Day 3: Spin + Pool + Dinner at Home
Spin Class
This is an active bride, so we kicked off the morning with a fun spin class at Tap It Cycle! Afterward, we rewarded ourselves with coffee and a little recovery time. Surprisingly, this ended up being one of the group’s favorite activities; even the girls who had never taken a spin class before absolutely loved it! To make it even more fun, our instructor added some wedding-themed songs to the playlist, which made the class feel extra special for the bride-to-be.
Pool Party
The rest of the day was dedicated to what Palm Springs does best: pool time. We spent the afternoon at the rental house’s pool, soaking up the sun, listening to music, and drinking cocktails.
Dinner + Games
That night, we kept things low-key with dinner back at the house. We all chipped in and helped grill a delicious but easy meal. After a full weekend of going out, it was nice to stay in and hang out together.
That evening, it was finally time to reveal our secret thrifting mission to the bride! One by one, each bridesmaid walked the runway for a little fashion show in the outfit she had found to represent the bride’s different phases of life. It was such a fun activity, and the bride had so much fun guessing which phase each outfit represented. Lots of photos afterwards!

Day 4: The Sad Goodbye
Depart
And just like that, it was time to leave. It was a busy weekend but so much fun, and we showered the bride with so much love and excitement! Between the pool, brunch, thrifting, dinners, drinks, and workouts, it fit the bride’s personality perfectly, which is what a bachelorette trip is all about.
