Kick off your mornings in Palm Springs at Farm, the perfect breakfast spot near downtown Palm Springs. This breakfast spot has delicious breakfast, but it is also in such a cute setting, feeling tucked away and quaint.

2. Hike the Museum Trail
A hiking trail you must check out is the Museum Trail. It is a steep climb and about 2 miles round-trip. There are beautiful views over Palm Springs, and make sure you look out for the bighorn sheep that frequent the trail, too!




3. Golf
Palm Springs has SO many golf courses! We are talking over 100 courses! WOW! So, if you are a golfer, make sure to bring your clubs with you and check out some of these incredible courses.
4. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
One of the best things to do in Palm Springs is the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, where you will see breathtaking views of the desert and mountains. The tram cars carry you up 8,500 feet to the top of Mt. San Jacinto, where you will find hiking trails, stunning views, and much cooler temperatures.
5. Day Trip To Joshua Tree National Park
Just under an hour away, Joshua Tree National Park is a perfect day trip if you have extra time during your trip to Palm Springs. This area has super unique Joshua trees, and you can admire the desert landscape through a scenic drive and hiking.

The Indian Canyons are one of Palm Springsโ hidden gems. In this nature reserve, trails wind through palm trees, streams, and rugged desert scenery, and it is the perfect spot for a morning hike. Palm Canyon is especially popular.
